MS Office takes long time to open

if any program of MS Office start taking a long time to open either you have reinstalled or repair it. If nothing works then try this solution, it may work with you.

1. Quit all instances of Word, including WordMail.
2. Type the global template name (normal.dotm/normal.dot) for your version of Word in the search pane.

   Note : In Microsoft Office Word 2007, the global template is named Normal.dotm. In Microsoft Office Word 2003 and in earlier versions of Word, the global template is named Normal.dot

3. Right-click the file appears in search results and then click Rename. Give the file a new name, such as OldNormal.dot or Normal-1.dot or delete that file, office will create a new file automatically.
4. Restart your PC and start Word.
